Breeding Philosophy
Golden Oak Gypsy Ranch is a small, family-run program dedicated to breeding proper Gypsy Cobs with correct conformation, substantial bone, abundant feather, width, and kind, willing temperaments.
We focus on producing versatile horses suited for riding, driving, and family enjoyment, while preserving the traditional type and character of the breed.
Mission
Our mission is to raise and develop quality Gypsy Cobs through thoughtful breeding, consistent handling, and early training. Each horse is given a strong foundation before leaving our ranch, including halter training, leading, farrier work, and trailer loading.
We believe good horses are made through patience, correctness, and respect for the breed.
